Mary is qualified as a Maths teacher and previously held the position of Administration Co-ordinator at a large Sydney school. She has extensive knowledge and experience in manual timetabling gained over a period of nearly 20 years. Mary strongly believes in equity for all subjects, classes and teachers and held the view that a computer would not be able to fully replicate her efforts, until she saw Edval. Edval was the only product that was able to gather all the knowledge of her own school, with its complex requirements and personalised preferences, into the one Edval file.
Since joining Edval, Mary has provided direction and assistance in the development of Edval itself, namely in incorporating many of the old manual timetabling ideals into a fresh, new and far more efficient process. Mary enjoys helping others to understand more about timetabling while allowing all the wonderful Edval features to produce the best possible timetable. Mary is constantly rewarded by new clients expressing the same delight that she first experienced when using Edval: that it is so user-friendly, interesting and comprehensive while taking out many of the tedious and repetitive tasks usually associated with getting everything exactly right.
